About
me
I often joke that if you grew up in a dysfunctional family, you thrive in
Creative Production. Living with constant change and plethora of problems
creates an unwavering need to fix things. Actually more than that, you end
up with an unwavering need to make something good out of a mess. This is
what I love to do. Take the chaos and be proud of what comes out of it.
My current expertise lie in building best in class In-house
Creative/Production teams while also helping to manage agency
relationships. The ultimate goal - Push boundaries and pave the way for
great creative work.
I have been a leader in Production at Google for over ten years. I started my
training at Google Creative Lab, Google’s most innovative Creative Studio
where I worked on the company’s most confidential projects with a singular
goal of reminding people why they love Google. We were the first In House
Creative Team at Google and we proved the model.
After 4 years, I took those learnings to help build three more
Creative/Production studios across Google including Google Access and
Energy, Google Hardware, and YouTube. Each team was built with a different
problem to solve.
Before Google, I worked as a Producer at Ogilvy NYC, and a Production
Assistant on ESPN’s SportsCenter where I was lucky enough to meet one of
my sports heroes, Lou Holtz.
Brand consistency, reaching a Gen Z audience, producing quickly, or
keeping costs minimal I can customize teams to meet the relevant business
need. I find excitement in collaborating with people who love having fun
together while always asking can this be better?
